Область применения

Модуль SM 1231 TC позволяет выполнять высокоточное измерение температуры с помощью термопар, а также сигналов напряжения в диапазоне ±80 мВ. Модуль может использоваться со всеми типами центральных процессоров S7-1200, исключая CPU 1211C.

Дизайн

SM 1231 TC характеризуется следующими показателями:

Установка на профильную шину DIN:
Модуль устанавливается на профильную шину справа от центрального процессора и подключается к внутренней шине предшествующего модуля с помощью выдвижного разъема.
Настенный монтаж:
Модуль может монтироваться на стену с креплением винтами. Этот вариант монтажа рекомендуется для установок, подверженных сильным вибрационным воздействиям.
Термопары:
К модулю может подключаться до четырех термопар типов J, K, T, E, R, S и N. Подключение термопар выполняется без использования промежуточных усилителей.
Особенности размещения:
Для получения высокой точности и повторяемости результатов измерений модуль должен устанавливаться в местах, мало подверженных изменению температуры.

Компенсация холодным спаем:
Модуль предотвращает повреждения, вызванные подачей напряжения на контакты подключения термопар. Переход на диапазон измерения ±80 мВ сопровождается автоматической деактиваций температурной компенсации.

Для измерения температуры модуль позволяет использовать °C или °F.
